  1. HEAT olive oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add garlic.
  2. COOK, stirring occasionally for 1 minute. Add broth, water and Italian seasoning; bring to a boil. Add pasta and carrot; reduce heat to medium.
  3. COOK, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes. Stir in spinach.
  4. COOK for 1 to 2 minutes or until wilted.
  5. SERVE immediately. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper, if desired.

Very easy to make, wonderful flavor. Will definately make this again. I left the spinach out because I dont like it, but it was still wonderful.

This is one of my favorite things to make because it is so easy. I also don't like spinach so I didn't add it. Also, rather than peeling a carrot, I added a smaller bag of the pettite baby car...
