  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a muffin tin, or line with paper liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla, then gradually stir in the milk and yogurt. Add the flour, and mix until just blended. Fold in the white chocolate chips and sprinkles. Spoon into 6 muffin cups.
  3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the tops spring back when lightly touched. Cool muffins before removing from the tin.

I was trying to give it 3 and 1/2 stars because it was really pretty. But the flavor was just "okay". If I'm going to spend time baking from scratch, I want the result to be stellar! It was a go...

Very good and fun for kids. My granddaughter and I made them for a project she had with her 5th grade class. She got an A+ and all the muffins were eaten. However, we deleted about 1T of flou...

My neighbor made these. They were wonderful!!! When I asked her for the recipe, she referred me to the Allrecipes website. I should have known the recipe came from my favorite website.
