Directions
- Place gizzards in a saucepan with enough water to cover by 1 inch. Bring to a boil over medium heat, cover, and cook for 1 1/2 hours. Drain and chop into bite size pieces.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry gizzards in butter for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

"Good recipe. I make chicken gizzards and hearts all the time, and this recipe was simple but not alot of flavor. I boil mine for a few minutes, then throw them into a plastic bag with flour and Johnny..." See more's Seasoning salt, and black pepper.Shake until well coated, then take gizzards/hearts out and discard flour. Then I fry them in a pan over med-high heat with a little oil, until done. My fav. way of doing them."
