  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium casserole dish.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, and saute the onion, celery, pepper, mushrooms, and garlic until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in the corn flake crumbs and soup. Transfer to the prepared casserole dish.
  3. Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned.

My wife makes this recipe all the time and it is simply fantastic. I am vegetarian and have never tasted a stuffing this good.

Too salty and too much green pepper.

This recipe was fantastic. It may not be suitable for people who have really sensitive taste buds, but I absolutely loved it.

I made this for thanksgiving. Everyone said this was the best stuffing they have ever had. I used dried cranberries instead of canned mushrooms .
