  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease sides and bottom of two 8-inch cake pans. Flour lightly.
  2. Blend all ingredients in large mixer bowl at low speed 30 seconds or until moistened. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into pans and bake immediately.
  3. Bake 35-38 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Cool in pans on rack for 15 minutes. Remove from pans. Cool completely before frosting.
