  1. Place beef in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring occasionally until evenly brown and crumbled. Drain excess grease. Reduce heat to medium, and stir in the diced tomatoes, ranch-style beans and minestrone soup. Stir occasionally until heated through.

My family loved this. I added 3 tablespoons of sour cream and a tablespoon of worcestershire sauce. Also put some cheddar cheese, dollop of sour cream and chives on top, because our little one...

This was basically just another Chili recipe with minestrone soup. Was not bad by no means, but will not make again, as I already have a Chili recipe.
