Original recipe yields 6 to 8



  1. Melt butter in large soup pot over medium heat; add onion and saute 8 minutes. Add garlic and saute 2 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in flour until smooth; cook mixture, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  2. Add cheese, stirring constantly over low heat until cheese melts. Stir in BUSH'S® BEST Black Beans and remaining ingredients, gently stirring until mixture is thoroughly heated. Serve warm with chips or crackers.

I like this dip. It makes a lot and I can freeze some for later. I did add additional jalepenos and red pepper to spice it up a little. I LOVE black beans!



This was not for us, very bland and I am not sure how to tweak it except for making a whole new recipe.
