  1. HEAT burgers as directed on package.
  2. MEANWHILE, place sour cream, cucumber and garlic in blender or food processor container; cover. Blend 10 to 30 seconds or until almost smooth.
  3. COVER pita breads evenly with tomatoes and lettuce; drizzle with sour cream sauce. Top each with 1 burger, cut in half.

These are good. Not quite like a real gyro, but close, and the cucumber sauce is really quite good. These are filling, but a bit messy. I will make them again.
