Original recipe yields 1 - 1 1/2 pound loaf

Directions

  1. Place warm water, egg, butter or margarine, flour, powdered milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, and yeast into the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Start the machine.
  2. After the first rise, add the cranraisins. Continue baking.

"I made this bread for breakfast this morning, using the timer mode. It came out perfect and tasted sweet in spite of the small amount of sugar.
