the smell of orange is wonderful, but it's too sweet.i used less than a cup of sugar, and it's sweet.i would recommend using 3/4 cup of sugar.
There are way better recipes for orange nut bread. There wasn't anything I liked about this recipe, flavor, texture, or even how it looked.
