Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans.
  2. Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil, water, pudding mix, sour cream, cherries, and food coloring. Pour into prepared pans. In a small bowl, stir together cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle tops of loaves with mixture.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool.

I read pretty much all the reviews and decided to make it anyway. I added an extra box of pudding mix. The mixture was kind of thick but worked out well. I read how this wasn't very flavorful ...

I would say this tasted very cake like. I didn't use any green coloring (it was still green due to the pudding coloring) or the cherries and liked the flavor. I also used low fat sour cream.
