Original recipe yields 12 ears

Directions

  1. Preheat grill for medium heat, or preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place each ear of corn on a separate square of aluminum foil. Place 1 tablespoon of butter on each one, and sprinkle with garlic powder. Wrap ears tightly with the foil.
  3. Place ears of corn on the grill or in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes, turning over occasionally.

I use the sweet corn and shuck it, then ..." See moreI put it on the foil (individually) and spray it down really well with spray butter (that way it is evenly distributed.) Then I take roasted minced garlic and spread it out all over the corn (not too much, about a 1/2 tsp or so, I guess) and then I add some salt and pepper, wrap it up tight and grill it. It's AWESOME! Everyone loves it!"
