Directions

  1. Place ingredients in bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select white bread setting. Start.
  2. To bake bread in oven: select dough or manual cycle. Once cycle is complete, shape dough and place in a greased loaf pan. Allow to rise in a warm spot until doubled in size. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in the center of the loaf reads 200 degrees F (95 degrees C).

So YUMMY!!! After reading other reviews, I up'd the peanut butter to 1/2 cup. I used creamy peanut butter, since that's what we had on hand. I'm so glad I did. It smelled like peanut butter cook...

I used only whole wheat flour for the flour, and all honey for the sweetener. I increased the peanut butter by 1 T. This is a great bread, especially if you have some jelly!

good but needs more peanut butter. i added 1/3 of a cup instead of the 3 tablespoons and it still could have used more as it was quite hard to taste. It smelled great in the house baking though!...
