Directions

  1. Reserve 4 mint leaves for garnish. Place the remaining mint leaves and lime cordial into the container of a blender, and process until mint is finely ground. Stir in the club soda. Serve in tall glasses over ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime slices.

Arizona Desert Flower

Anything with lime and mint together is a hit in my book! Refreshing, not super sweet and easy is the best way to describe this drink. To kick it up a notch, next time I'll add a jigger of lime vodka for a happy hour treat! Thanks!
