Directions

  1. Mix cake mix, eggs, and mandarin oranges for 2-3 minutes at medium speed.
  2. Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven. Set aside and let cool completely.
  3. Combine crushed pineapple, dessert topping, and vanilla pudding mix. Mix well. Spread on top of cooled cake. Keep refrigerated.

Yummy and super easy. In addition to following the recipe, I sprayed the pan with Pam which is not mentioned. I used some but not all of the juice from the oranges. Chill the topping for an hour...
