Original recipe yields 4 servings

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, and cook the pork until evenly brown.
  2. Stir the apple, green onions, garlic, mushrooms, and zucchini into the skillet, and cook until lightly browned. Mix in the tomatoes, and season with cinnamon and Italian seasoning. Reduce heat to low, and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

ok, but too much cinnamon for my taste and it just seems like something is missing. will probably not make again

This recipe was easy to make and came out really good. My family enjoyed it very much and there was many different kinds of great juicy flavors. It was very simple to make, especially important to someone lik me who is just starting to cook.

WAY too much cinnamon. Was missing flavor so I added homemade Italian dressing to the mix and lots of extra garlic. This helped. Pork ended up drier than I'm used to. Good ideas- needs work.
