  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Drain sun-dried tomatoes, reserving 1 1/2 tablespoons oil. Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
  2. In a small bowl, combine, sun-dried tomatoes, reserved oil, garlic, and 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese.
  3. Lay roll dough out flat, and seal perforations. Spread tomato and cheese mixture evenly over the dough. Starting at one long end, roll the dough up to the middle. Roll up other long end to meet in the middle. Cut into 1/2 inch slices. Arrange on a greased cookie sheet, and brush with egg yolk mixture.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Turn over, and continue baking for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, and sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.

fabulous recipe! Easy to make, and loved by all.

I love this recipe. It can be made as is or with extra garlic to make it more flavorful. My family likes it either way. I used only the egg white to brush over the top and they are delicious ...

These were so yummy and tasty! Instead of chopping sun dried tomatoes I just used sun dried tomato pesto, and sprinkled with the cheese. I'll bet these would be delicious with basil pesto, too...

Fell apart and lacked flavor

I made these yesterday for Mother's Day and they were a hit! They were all gone in a matter of minutes. I did add 2 more garlic cloves (you can never have enough garlic) and I used extra sundrie...
