  1. Place the chicken in a slow cooker, and pour in the orange-flavored carbonated beverage and soy sauce.
  2. Cover slow cooker, and cook chicken on Low 5 to 6 hours.
  3. In a saucepan, bring the rice and water to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 20 minutes. Serve cooked chicken over the rice.

This was really good. I added a bag of frozen stir-fry peppers and onion (I microwaved them for a couple of minutes first) and a teaspoon of ground ginger. After five hours on low I turned it up...
