Creamy Avocado-Ranch Dip

"I haven't seen a recipe combining avocados with cream cheese and sour cream, so I made one! Came up with this creamy blend of cream cheese, sour cream, and avocado seasoned with ranch dressing mix, hot sauce, etc. Excellent with tortilla chips. Add more hot sauce, if you like (I don't add lemon juice because the sour cream already gives it tartness). We couldn't stop eating it!"

This was easy and so good. I was looking for an avocado ranch dressing and this was the closest I came to one. Great as a dip, but add a little milk or heavy cream and it makes a good dressing...

Would it be wrong to eat this stuff with a spoon? That's how good it was! I added a clove of minced garlic and liberal amounts of fresh ground pepper. Definitely needs to sit a few hours to let ...
