Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Mix together the flour and sugar in a medium bowl. Stir in the eggs until well blended, then fold in the apples. Pour into a greased 9 inch pie plate.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Comes out with a nice bread pudding-like consistency. I put a small dab of butter on top as soon as it came out of the oven and it melted all over the top. Will definitely make again to use up excess apples."
