  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring often. Sauce can be made several days ahead of time and refrigerated. If it is too thick, just add a little water when heating it before serving.
  2. Spray the salmon filets with CRISCO(R) Cooking Spray on both sides, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill until done to your liking. Top each grilled salmon filet with warm Peanut Hoisin Sauce and sprinkle with chopped scallions, just before serving. Enjoy!

Fantastic taste! I was not much of a salmon fan until I tried this recipe. We had company with children and they ask for seconds! I basted some on the salmon and grilled it, great taste and easy.

This was the best salmon recipe with a asian influence I have ever had. All the ingredients taste amazing, this will be really popular amounf friends

Good and easy. I fried my fish in a little sesame oil instead of grilling. Next time, I'll add a touch of crushed red pepper for a little heat.
