  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In medium bowl, combine flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until crumbly.
  2. Press mixture on bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. In small bowl, combine pecans, sweetened condensed milk, eggs and lemon juice; pour over crust. Bake 25 minutes or until filling is set.
  4. Cool. Cut into bars. Store leftovers covered at room temperature.

The crust ruins the recipe. Way too much flour! Cut the flour to 1 cup, and it might have worked with melted butter, like we use in graham cracker crusts. The topping is acceptable, but it does...

These were way too dry. Next time I'll just make regular pecan pie.

I added one tub of applesauce to the crust (more liquid but no more fat) as it does have too much flour and I added some almond essence too. It still needs to crumble when you press it into the...
