  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook frozen beans per package directions; drain.
  2. In a blender, mix cottage cheese and chevre. Combine beans, cheese mixture and almonds; turn into a 2-quart casserole. Top with Parmesan and pepper.
  3. Bake 20 minutes, then brown under broiler 3 minutes.

I ended up adding some soy creamer (or half and half if you prefer) to this because it was a little dry and not as creamy as I had hoped. But still delicious!
