Original recipe yields 8 servings

Directions

  1. Slice thawed pound cake horizontally into 3 layers. Spread bottom layer with pie filling, and top with center slice. Spread middle layer with whipped topping, and cover with last slice. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  2. Slice, and serve. Store in the refrigerator.

Tried with nuts and without nuts and liked w/out nuts much better. So I put picture of "favorite" on. So glad I used blueberry pie filling and is complimented the pound cake very much. It added to a great variety of store bought pound cake recipes that will be served after dinner.
