Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O®
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 (10 ounce) package frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs

Original recipe yields 1 - 9 or 10 inch bundt cake

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9 or 10 inch bundt or tube pan.
Combine the cake mix, gelatin, flour, eggs and thawed strawberries. Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer for 3 minutes. Add the oil and beat for one more minute. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 to 40 minutes. Let cake cool before frosting or serving.

Turned out ..." See moremoist, tasty, and pink (PLENTY pink enough). I was worried about having big, wet strawberry chunks in places, but the strawberries got mashed and distributed through the batter while mixing. I'm definitely going to use this recipe again tomorrow, - and am reaping the rewards of my 'test' tonight with whipped cream, strawberries, and chocolate syrup. Thanks! "
