Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place the processed cheese into a large microwave-safe bowl along with the cream of chicken soup. Heat on full power for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until cheese is melted. Season with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Stir in the green beans. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, and sprinkle the French fried onions over the top.
- Bake for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the top is crispy.

"I love this recipe, I originally tried it because I don;t like mushroom soup which most greenbean recipies call for. The cheesy green beans are really good, even for leftovers. I use fresh green bea..." See morens and I cook them down to where they are soft before baking them in the casserole, they have lots of good flavor and are a must at our holiday table. The only change I make is I line the bottom of the dish with the fried onions and then top with them as well to add a bit more flavor. Besides you can never have too many fried onions!"
