Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix the peanuts, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt-free herb seasoning blend.
- Dip the chicken thighs in the melted butter, then press into the peanuts to coat. Arrange on a baking sheet.
- Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken juices run clear.

"This was pretty good. I did make add a few things to give it more flavor, but that's pretty normal for me. We did more of an asian flare by creating a sauce/paste before rolling it in the crushed ch..." See moreicken. We used soy sauce, Chinese hot mustard, hot chili sauce, etc. besides the garlic and other items. It turned into a five star recipe once we added the other items.
