- Make dressing and set aside.
- Mix together lettuce assortment, onion rings and avocado slices.
- Heat skillet and grill pineapple rings. Remove pineapple and grill the shrimp.
- Place pineapple and shrimp on salad. Top with dressing and blueberries.
