Actually hubby made these instead of me. I thought that they were just a bit bland. Probably because I am used to using a packet of Dry Onion Soup Mix when I fix potatoes this way.
Quick and eay to prepare. I just used regular fresh ground black pepper. Also, used a Vidalia onion.
This is a great recipe that is easily customized to the amount of people you are serving, and the leftovers are great too!
