Directions

  1. Place chicken pieces in a shallow casserole dish.
  2. Mix together oil, ketchup, chutney, garlic, salt, black pepper, pepper sauce, and lemon juice. Pour over chicken pieces.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Bake a further 30 minutes, or until pieces are tender and cooked through.

This recipe has it all. The glaze took all of 2 minutes to stir together. The chicken comes out tender. It has a sweet, salty, pungent, spicy glaze. The chicken goes great with rice and stir fried/steamed vegetables.

Absolutely delicious and so easy! I used about 7 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts and it worked just as well.

This chicken recipe has it all. It's sweet. No - it's spicy. No - it's tart. An all out assault on your taste buds. Fun to say, easy to make. It has turned into a househould favorite.
