  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, flour, eggs and sugar until well blended. Stir in the crushed pineapple. Transfer to a small casserole dish, and sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
  3. Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, uncovered. Serve warm.

This recipe is great with ham. I received many compliments on Easter Sunday for this dish. I enjoyed it as a leftover later, too. It tasted nice even cold. It could be considered a dessert
