  1. In a microwavable baking dish, arrange tilapia fillets in a single layer. Dot with pieces of butter, and minced garlic. Sprinkle over fresh tarragon. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  2. Turn fillets over, recover, and continue to microwave on high for a further 2 minutes. Remove immediately, sprinkle with apple cider vinegar, and serve.

Was looking for something fast & easy to do with tilapia and this fit the bill. Substituted 1/2 t dried tarragon for the fresh. Fish was a tad overcooked, maybe 3 minutes would have done it? ...

This is delicious - we didn't add the vinegar (which is what, I suspect, the people who reviewed this poorly, didn't like). This is an easy way to prepare fish - we will make often!

WE TRIED THIS AND WE THOUGHT IT WAS THE GREATEST, QUICK AND EASY AND VERY TASTY. MY HUBBY DOESNT LIKE TILAPIA BUT HE LOVED THIS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK TAMARA THANK YOU
