Original recipe yields 8 servings
Directions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add noodles, and cook until tender, about 7 minutes. Drain.
- Meanwhile, crumble the ground beef into a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper; cook and stir until evenly browned. Drain off grease.
- Stir the cream cheese and cream of mushroom soup into the ground beef until well blended. Mix in the drained noodles and corn. Stir in evaporated milk to reach your desired consistency. Top with mozzarella cheese, and serve.

I saw others' comments about the recipe being bland, an..." See mored I think that is because the recipe is very light on the spices. A "pinch" is not nearly enough of any of the spices. I used a generous 1/2 tsp each of the onion powder, garlic powder and salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of the pepper. I also used more evaporated milk than the recpie called for because it was really, really thick. With extra milk, the consistency was great. We loved it and I will definitely make this again for a super-quick and easy weeknight meal."
