Original recipe yields 6 servings
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Spread oil over the bottom and sides of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add chicken and turn to coat. Squeeze limes over chicken. In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise and cheese; mix together and spread mixture over chicken. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until juices run clear.

"Very good recipe and my Husband really liked it - he cleaned his plate!! However, I was a little uneasy using 2 cups of mayonaise, so I used 1C mayo and 1C APPLESAUCE!!! I also blended the mayo and the parmesan with a hand mixer for about 1 minute on low. TIDBIT: 12 tablespoons parmesan is equal to 1 CUP."
