Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix the mashed potatoes with the green onions and spoon into one 8 inch square casserole dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Spread slices of cheese over the top of the casserole for the last 5 minutes of baking.
