Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in EAGLE BRAND(R) until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
  2. Slice 2 bananas and dip in lemon juice and drain. Line bottom of crust with bananas and 2/3 of orange segments. Pour filling over fruit. Chill 3 hours or until set.
  3. Before serving, slice remaining banana; dip in lemon juice and drain. Garnish top with banana slices and remaining orange segments. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.

My husband, who is not particularly fond of any banana cream pie LOVED this and wants it again, as did the rest of the family. It was easy, quick and delicious. I'll definitely be making it again.

I made this recipe, but I accidently forgot to add the lemon juice, so my topping didn't set and was very runny, but it was delicious anyway. With the lemon juice I'm sure it would have turned out perfectly. Very easy to make but looks impressive.
