Original recipe yields 3 dozen

Directions

  1. Blend confectioners sugar, cream cheese, vanilla, melted chocolate, and salt together with an electric mixer until smooth. (You can also put all the ingredients together in a heavy plastic bag, and squish with your hands until well combined.)
  2. Press into a 8 x 5.25 x 1 1/2 foil pan. Top with red and green sprinkles. Let harden before eating.

I already had this recipe from when I was a Brownie! What I love is that it is so fast, so easy, and Kids can make it...no cooking! And I love the cream cheese taste. But be warned, this is more the texture and taste of stiff frosting rather than cooked fudge.
