Directions

  1. Beat white corn syrup, butter or margarine, mint extract, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix in 1 pound of powdered sugar and knead intil smooth.
  2. Color with food coloring as desired. Pat or roll to about 1/4 inch thick. Use small cookie cutters to cut shapes.

It was very sticky, so I didn't bother rolling it out, but most importantly, the taste was just not right, the kids didn't even like it, even after I tried to redeem it by topping it with chocol...

This made me mad that I actually tried it because I didn't look to see that it has only gotten one star. The "dough" does not set up. It would have made a lovely cake icing, but I kept adding ...

Correct Measurements 1/3C light corn syrup 1/3C butter everything eles in receipe is correct. hint: confection sugar should have slight mound when measurring out (not an exact measurment).
