  1. Spray 9-inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle cookie crumbs on sides and bottom of plate.
  2. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in EAGLE BRAND(r) until smooth. Stir in candy and food coloring (optional).
  3. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into prepared plate. Cover; freeze 6 hours or until firm. Garnish as desired. Freeze leftovers.

Very good and easy. I turned them into little mini muffin cups with oreo crumbs for the base instead of 1 larger pie. Very good and made about 48 individual servings.
