Original recipe yields 6 servings



  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, combine rice, chili, diced tomatoes,1 cup shredded cheese and green onion. Fill each tortilla with chili mixture. Fold burrito-style. Place on baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until hot. Serve with lettuce, remaining cheese, sour cream and salsa.

Super easy. We liked the flavor, but baking them made the tortilla crispier than I like. I think next time I will try heating up the ingredients and stuffing a warm tortilla instead.



These were definitely easy!! The taste was pretty good, too. This will be good recipe for me and the kids while my husband is gone. It's nothing too special, but the easiness wins out!!
