  1. Pour the creamer, pudding mix, vanilla, nutmeg and brandy into a blender in that order. Cover and blend for about 1 minute. Pour into glasses.

I replaced the non dairy creamer with regular soy milk, and found this recipe delicious! The only problem I had was having to mix a 2nd time in the blender, as once it sat overnight it seperated...

Easy to adapt. I use 5 3/4 cups unsweetened plain almond milk, 1/4 cup dark rum, one of the 5.1 oz boxes of vanilla pudding mix, and a touch nutmeg and cinnamon.
