“Chocolate walnut goodies!” - by k. anderson
Original recipe yields 3 dozen
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease cookie sheets.
- In large bowl mix all ingredients at medium speed, except walnuts and confectioners' sugar, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula.
- Stir in walnuts.
- Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls, 1/2 inch apart, onto cookie sheets.
- Bake 10 minutes. Remove cookies to wire racks; cool. Spinkle with confectioners' sugar.

"They came out well but I did make some adjustments. I upped the flour to 3/4 a cup and only used 1 cup of walnuts. 2 cups of walnuts would have been like having a little cookie with my nuts...." See more"
