Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine sugar, peanut butter, and egg.
  3. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. NOTE: If dough is too sticky, refrigerate 1/2 hour or until easy to handle.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove cookies from oven. Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each warm cookie.

I love these cookies as does my entire family. I make a triple batch of them! I do a little different than the recipe. Instead of white sugar I use 1c brown, 1c confectioner's and 1c white with ...

ExCELLENT. I took the advice of the first reviewer and used brown sugar, white sugar and the powdered sugar. OMG...these melt in your mouth. very chewy and awesome. they dont spread much at all....

Delicious! I added 1/4 cup of flour to make it more chewy and the cookies came out great. I'd definitely make this again.
