  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine ground turkey, egg, parsley, bread crumbs, adobo, and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well. Press half of the turkey mixture into the bottom of the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle the 1/2 cup cheese in a mound down the center of the pan; top with the remaining meat to form a loaf.
  3. Bake meatloaf in the preheated oven until browned and cooked through, about one hour. If desired, sprinkle with the optional 1/4 cup cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking. Allow cooked meatloaf to rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.

It was a hit with my family. And SO easy! Thanks. =)

Easy to make with on-hand ingredients. I spiced it up with some garlic and onion powder, sazon from Goya, and Spike rather than salt. Nice change of pace!

I think that this is a FABULOUS recipe. You can do anything with it...add ingredients...or nothing, follow the recipe exactly, and it's still great. My boyfriend requests it at least once per ...

I just made this, and I am hoping it turns out well. I am a vegan. It is for a friend who had a baby. I used to eat poultry, and I always enjoyed turkey loaf. I have a fav recipe on allrecipes, ...
