Sounds great, but whenis flank steak EVER on sale...with only two per cow, there's not a lot of spare. This used to be a cheap cut...now supply and demand!

Flank steak and skirt steak are t the same cut of meat! Flank I thinly cut on the diagonal. Skirt is already a thin cut of meat.
