Dec 21, 2012 3:20 PMIt would be much easier to work with (mixing during baking) if you poured the coated popcorn into a large foil roasting pan instead of the small brownie-type pans used in the video. You'll have room to stir and get it all coated nicely without having to corral it to keep it from spilling over the sides.
