I recently went to a local restaurant that specializes in Spanish tapas, where I had a delicious dish of dinosaur kale sauteed with garlic, pistachios, and pickled red grapes. The garlic & nuts were chopped very fine; grapes sliced in half lengthwise. It was delicious! I'm going to attempt to recreate the dish at home. I've also enjoyed kale in soup (potato, leeks, kale, sausage).
