Oct 16, 2012 1:04 PMWhen I make homeade fondant, I eliminate the vanilla extract only add 2 T of water before microwaving the marshmallows. I also coat my work surface and anything that will touch the fondant with Crisco - hands, spoon, countertop...Coating all this in the Crisco makes clean-up less time consuming...Just wanted to let everyone know what works for me =)
