We all loved it! Didn't have the buttery round crackers, so I used a light, flakey club-type instead. Followed recipe, but also added 1/2 cup chopped green pepper. Used a 7x 10 glass baking dish, which made the depth just right! Everyone had seconds and tried to scrape the sides of the dish for the crusty, buttery morsels.

We loved this! As some suggested, I cut back on the egg by using 1 egg and one egg white. I also cut down on the milk just a little. It looked skimpy in the 9 x 13 pan, so I went down a size. I'm making it again this week...a new favorite!
