In San Antonio, we like our margaritas sweeter with a bit more lime. I used the classic 3-2-1 ratio with one cup of ice in the blender. The recipe in the video says 1 c. ice, 8 oz. tequila, 1/2 oz. triple sec and 1/2 oz. lime juice (listened to it twice!), which is not a 3-2-1 ratio, more like 16-1-1, or is my math fuzzy? Can't tell after having one, 'cause this is one strong cocktail! Will tweak and report!
